LOCAL. PERSONAL. COMMITTED.
ALPS is locally owned and built from the ground up. When you hire us, your documents are not treated like just another file number.
SERVICES & PRICING
Whether you need routine service, rush service, same-day priority service, or help outside Bakersfield, ALPS will review your documents, address, and deadline so we can point you toward the right service option.
COMMON SERVICE OPTIONS
Every job is different, but these are the most common service options. Pricing may vary depending on location, timing, number of parties, access to the property, and any additional service needs.
$85
Routine service is generally best when there is no immediate deadline and you have time for standard attempts to be completed. Service attempts usually begin within 2 to 3 days after we receive the documents.
Most routine jobs are completed within about 1 to 2 weeks when the address is good and the subject is available. Some matters may take longer depending on access, timing, or whether the subject is avoiding service.
$120
A good option when you need faster handling. Rush service receives priority over routine jobs, and attempts normally start within 48 hours after we receive the documents.
Many rush jobs are completed within about a week when possible, depending on the subject’s availability, address accuracy, and access to the property.
$150
Best when timing matters. Priority / same-day service is handled the day we receive the documents when available.
This option can also be used when you need us scheduled for a specific date, time, or known service window. Many priority jobs are completed within 24 to 48 hours when the address is good and the subject is available.
Quoted by location
For service outside Bakersfield or in surrounding Kern County areas, we recommend calling or emailing for a quote first. Pricing can change depending on the city, distance, timing, access, and service needs.
We review the location before quoting so we can help choose the best service option and avoid overcharging for a job that may not need extra handling.

Please contact us first to confirm availability, location, and what type of notarization is needed. A valid photo ID is required, and documents should not be signed until the notary is present.

More detailed searches may be available depending on the situation.

If the subject is seen during that time, service will be attempted immediately.

Package Options
Some matters require more than one step. These package options are designed for common situations where clients may need priority handling, multiple parties served, one or more Proofs of Service prepared, or extra document support.
For eviction-related court service packets after an Unlawful Detainer case has been filed.
This package may include service on the primary defendant, additional named subjects, and All Unknown Occupants when included in the documents.
Additional named subjects and All Unknown Occupants are available at a reduced rate when served at the same address.
After service is completed, ALPS prepares the needed Proofs of Service and provides completion updates so the client knows the status of the service.
For restraining order matters that need priority handling and careful service.
This package may include Domestic Violence, Civil Harassment, Elder Abuse, Workplace Violence, and other restraining order documents.

For subpoena matters involving personal appearance, records, depositions, or witness-related service.
This package may include service on an individual, business, records custodian, or other authorized party.
